Connecting RG AI to other tools, and exactly what Fusion can do with each one.
Fusion (RG AI's assistant that can take real actions, not just answer questions) connects to real services. Open Fusion -> Connections to link your own account - nothing here works until you connect it yourself.
These sign you in directly through the provider's own login screen - RG AI never sees or stores your password.
| Service | What Fusion can do with it |
|---|---|
| Gmail | Search and read your inbox. Read-only - it cannot send or delete email. |
| Google Calendar | Read your upcoming events. Read-only - it cannot create or edit events yet. |
| Google Drive | Search your files by name. Read-only - it cannot upload or delete. |
| YouTube | Read real analytics for your own channel (views, watch time, subscribers). |
| Notion | Search, read, create, and update pages - the only two-way connection in this list. Creating or changing a page always shows you an approval card first; nothing is written until you approve it. |
| Slack | List channels, read recent messages, and post a message - posting always asks for your approval first, showing the exact text and channel before it sends. |
| GitHub | Search code and read files from repositories you have access to. Read-only today. |
| Discord | Connects and verifies your identity only - there's no message or channel capability yet, so Fusion can't act on your Discord account today. Shown as "chat actions coming soon" in Connections. |
A few services don't offer one-click sign-in for third-party apps, so you generate a personal key yourself, from your own account settings, and paste it in - RG AI never asks for your main account password.
Note: Both of these are your own credentials, for your own account - RG AI stores them securely on its own servers (never in your browser, never shown in chat) and uses them only to act on your behalf when you ask Fusion to.
WhatsApp and Instagram are shown as Coming Soon, honestly - not as a placeholder. Both require a verified Meta Business account and app review before any real integration can be built, which is a real business step, not a technical shortcut RG AI is skipping.
